This place suits me perfectly, with excellent wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a relaxing bar/lounge area. During my first stay, the staff helped me print documents, which I appreciated. The service. I recommend trying the breakfast! I'll be back for New Year.

my room was decent size with sufficient wardrobe, strong water plus bedroom, and the check-out was late.

I had splendid food for breakfast for a cappuccino instead of a cup of tea. All the facilities were good. Location: the hotel was short walk to other local areas, London and restaurants and bars. Dined at The Wolseley, it was not too far away from the venue.

Superior hotel, it was worth its 4 stars.

The underfloor heating in the bathroom offered a cozy touch, especially in the cold weather. The rooms gave a surprising amount of space for central London.
A few quirks detracted from the overall experience. The common areas, while spacious, felt chilly and less inviting than expected were good. The lack of replenishment during breakfast left a lot to be desired. Several food warmers were empty and it took far too long for additional options to be brought out.

Booked the hotel for its excellent location so close to the center, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus, and pubs and places. Easily reached The Wolseley, located a 10-15 minute walk from the property, had lunch/dinner there...
The setting was bad.
